How long does cataract surgery take?
Cataract surgery doesn’t take as long as you think it would take. The actual operation, in my hands, takes between 10 to 15 minutes. Often patients say to me after I’ve finished and told them that it’s gone very well is, “Is that it? I didn’t feel a thing.”
Please, please, please, don’t be concerned about how long surgery will take, it’s much faster than you think. What’s more important is that in my hands, you’ll feel safe.
Booking an appointment online couldn’t be easier. You can choose from a range of times, dates and locations whereby you and I can meet. Here, I can get a much better understanding of your needs, your wants, your desires. Then, together, we can agree on a way forwards to maximise the potential that your eyes can give you. Stop waiting and start living with better vision!
